Testimonials
We display only testimonials whose origin, content and publication permission have been confirmed.
Authenticated words
The displayed text must match what its author actually expressed and approved for publication.
The name, role, organisation and project link are treated as separate permissions and may remain hidden.
Approved publications
Compliant quotations are displayed with approved attribution and, where possible, the related case study.
We do not publish a testimonial without verifying its origin and obtaining the required permission.
Reading feedback
These categories describe possible feedback topics; they are not testimonials themselves.
01
Feedback about listening, scoping and clarity.
02
Feedback about communication, responsibilities and approval points.
03
Feedback limited to deliverables actually received and reviewed.
04
Feedback about assistance, training or maintenance that was genuinely included.
Verification method
A quotation remains excluded if any one of these checks is missing.
01
Locate the source and verify the author’s identity.
02
Preserve the approved meaning and wording.
03
Approve the text and attribution elements separately.
04
Associate the testimonial with the correct project when publishable.
Publication rules
Authenticity takes precedence over a more commercial formulation.
No fictional, synthetic or merged quotation.
No substantial change of meaning without the author’s approval.
No missing attribution replaced with ‘Satisfied client’.
No name, role, organisation or portrait without separate permission.
No testimonial remains published after permission expires or is withdrawn.
