- Provide accurate information.
- Describe the objectives.
- Provide available documents.

- Summary of the need.
- Information received and information still missing.
- Direction towards one or more services.
- Decision to continue to assessment or request clarification.
- Decision not to proceed when the need does not match the services or is not feasible.
